Learn to Protect Yourself & Get Fit with HapkidoWhy not learn how to protect yourself and burn off some calories at the same time? Yavapai College’s Community Education Program will offer a class in Hapkido during the program’s Fall term. Hapkido is a dynamic and eclectic Korean martial art. It is a form of self-defense that employs joint locks, pressure points, throws, kicks, and other strikes.
