ITV is an acronym for Interactive Instructional Television, a technology that provides point-to-point communication between remote classrooms district-wide.
ITV classrooms are outfitted with cameras, microphones, projectors, and multimedia equipment, all designed to enhance instruction and provide a convenient, interactive learning opportunity for students at various locations.
ITV training is now mandatory for all instructors who teach in ITV classrooms. Please contact Ruth Alsobrook (776-2076) to find out about scheduled trainings.
Virtually every classroom at Yavapai College is equipped with devices that allow you to use video, audio, the web, and presentation software to enhance instruction.
