Student Support Services Program
Empowering You to Succeed!
The Student Support Services Program (SSS) is a federally funded grant program with the goal of maximizing student success at Yavapai College.
The SSS Program advisors work directly with students to increase college retention and graduation rates, and to assist them with transfer to four-year institutions. Services are free to participants.
Our mission is to encourage and assist students who are traditionally under-represented in post-secondary education because of income, family educational background or a disability.

Student Support Services and Educational Talent Search form the TRIO program at Yavapai College. More than 1,200 colleges, universities and nonprofit agencies nationwide now participate in TRIO programs.
