Yavapai College’s leadership desires input from all levels of the College. This form is intended for faculty, staff, students and community members to leave feedback, comments and suggestions about their visions for YC’s future and their questions/thoughts regarding the planning process.
Information may be submitted anonymously or people may leave their names and contact information. All information is routed to the Strategic Planning Committee (SPC). If one wishes, they may also send information through inner-office mail or U.S. postal mail to Tom Hughes, 1100 E. Sheldon St., Prescott, AZ 86301.
