Student Holds
Holds may be placed on student records for outstanding obligations to the College. A student may not enroll in classes, obtain grade reports, order official transcripts, or received an earned degree or certificate until all holds placed on the record have been resolved.
Some examples of student holds
- Bad/returned checks
- Unpaid fees such as parking or library fines
- Disciplinary holds
- Financial or student loan holds
The Admissions & Registration Office can direct a student to the appropriate department to determine what actions need to be taken to clear a hold.
