Advanced Placement

Students should have their scores sent directly to the YC Registrar's office.

Students who have taken a college board advanced placement course in their secondary school may be eligible to receive YC credit.

Listed below are the AP subject areas accepted by Yavapai College, the score required, the credit awarded and the recommended YC equivalent.

* These areas of study represent the Advanced Placement Standards set by the state of Arizona's Articulation Task Forces and approved by the Academic Program Articulation Steering Committee.

+To receive credit, student must submit their portfolio to the Art Department Division Assistant Dean for approval.
