Interlibrary Loan
Request books, photocopies of articles and other materials not in Yavapai Library Network's collections by completing an Interlibrary Loan form online or at the library.
Please plan ahead – requests may take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.
Some items may have a loan fee.
What kind of information does the library need from me?
Article Request: article title, author's name, and journal name with volume, date, and pages. My pick-up location will be
Book/Audio Visual Request: title, author, date of publication, publisher, and edition. My pick-up location will be:
Genealogy Book/Audio Visual/Article Request: title, author, date of publication, publisher, and edition.
Your contact information: name, address, phone number or e-mail address.
How will I receive items requested?
Books and photocopies will be sent to the library where the request was originated. You will be notified to pick up your request at the library where you placed the request. Any fees will be collected at time of pick up.
How long may I keep materials that are sent to me?
Materials obtained through Interlibrary Loan follow the borrowing policies of the lending library.
Photocopies are yours to keep.
