Web Services Team

It takes a talented, intelligent, and hard-working team of people to develop and maintain something that changes on an hourly basis and which is visited more than 10,000 times per week.

Our team is composed of individuals from within Information Technology Services, the Office of Academic Affairs, Administrative Services, Campus Activities, and the Office of Public Information.

People

• Bob Lynch, Vice President of Administrative Services. Bob is the executive liaison and coordinates strategic planning as it relates to the web site.
• Sean Hagan, Web Services Manager. Sean is the team leader and also functions as systems engineer and web programmer.
• Kate Kohl, Graphic Designer. Kate develops web page and web site designs and coordinates web marketing efforts.
• Bobby Cloutier, Web Systems Administrator.  Bobby maintains the servers, applications, and other hardware and software that run the web site.
• Gwen Raubolt, Communications Manager. Gwen coordinates marketing campaigns with web development efforts.
• Stacey Hilton, Instructional Technology Coordinator. Stacey coordinates academic web site content and development.
• Web Authors, All Departments. The departmental web authors at YC maintain content for their respective web sites.

From design to development, maintenance and support, you'll learn everything involved in developing and maintaining a complex online environment.

Other Contributors:

We utilize photographs extensively throughout this site. Most photographs were taken by students or employees of the College. Principal photographers include: Gwen Raubolt, Paula Blankenship, Sean Hagan, and Kate Kohl.

Videography services are provided by the on-campus Technology Enhanced Learning Services, a part of the Office of Academic Affairs.  These services include videography, video editing, dubbing, digitization, format conversion, and other audio and video services.
