Human Resources completed a compensation review in 2005 with the results implemented in October 2005. Compensation reviews are standard procedure in most organizations, and they are generally conducted every five years. Previous to this review, our last review was seven years ago.
This is good practice in every kind of business, but particularly for our College. We want to maintain our high quality education; and to do that, we must be sure that our salaries are competitive so that we can attract and retain the very best people.
Listed below are links to some of the historical reports, findings and results from the 2005 compensation study. Also listed are links to our current salary schedules for both faculty and staff.
