Advanced Leadership Collaborative
The Advanced Leadership Collaborative is developing to identify the assets present within our communities.
Our mission is to provide a meaningful outlet for retired adults in Yavapai County seeking to share their knowledge and skills for the betterment of the community.
The organization will be a member-directed, member-led consortium of retired adults seeking purposeful activity benefiting the community.
Purposeful Activity May Include But Not be Limited to:
- Working with non-profit agencies in the community to improve service
- Creating a new social enterprise or a business venture with a social purpose.
- Working within the educational system of Yavapai County to enhance its educational activities.
- Work with Civic Leaders to support the health and welfare of their citizens.
Organizational Structure
An advisory group of 10 members will develop the program with support from the Yavapai College Small Business Development Center and the Center for Successful Aging.
