Business Office
The YC Business Office manages the business functions of the college district-wide.
The Business Office distributes:
- Financial Aid checks
- Payroll checks
- Petty cash
- Student refunds
- Travel checks

At the Business Office, students and community members can pay for:
- Art supplies (clay, paper, woodshop etc.)
- Flexicash for Chartwell’s food service
- Pool fees
- Roughrider passes
- Residence Hall fees
- Tuition and fees
Hours:
- Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
- Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
