Therapeutic Resource Survey

Dear Colleagues,

We would like to add you as a resource to our list of available services that students may refer to in times of need.

Yavapai College is dedicated to helping our students identify and access therapeutic services in the tri-city area. Our goal is to provide referrals and direction to students who may be seeking short or long term counseling, medication evaluation and/or maintenance, psychiatric assessments, learning disorder assessments and/or any other issue that may be interfering with their success in school and life at the present.

Keep in mind that your answers will be seen by students and do not provide information that you would not want accessible to those students.
