YC at the Camp Verde School Complex
The Yavapai College site at the Camp Verde School Complex (CVSC) opened its doors in 2003. Located in the Town of Camp Verde, known as the gateway to the Verde Valley, CVSC provides a convenient site for East Yavapai students to pursue their educational goals.
CVSC hosts a variety of general education classes including computer science, business, conversational Spanish, and ESOL. Many classes offered reflect Camp Verde's rural environment and close proximity to the Yavapai-Apache Nation such as English and Western Riding, basic horseshoeing and Indian Law and government.
Currently the smallest of Yavapai College’s sites, CVSC offers students a state-of-the art computer lab, and limited student services including online or phone registration, and advising by appointment.

Directions to Site
From I-17 take Exit #289 (Middle Verde Road)
- Turn east at the exit stop sign (right if you are coming from the south, left if you are coming from the north).
- Prepare to immediately enter two roundabouts; exit each roundabout in easterly direction.
- You will be traveling southeast on Middle Verde Road. Continue 1.3 miles to Apache Trail (signage also indicates Butler Park & Yavapai College).
- Turn right on Apache Trail and proceed 3/10 of a mile.
- Yavapai College is located at 321 W. Apache Trail, across the street from the Camp Verde Heritage Pool.
